As the rain began to fall at La Ciudad de las Artes y las Ciencias, the fireworks began to fly at the FIA Motorsport Games Opening Ceremonies came to a close. FIA President of the Senate, Mr. Carmelo Sanz de Barros, gave the announcement to officially declare the games open.
