Team Israel’s Ariel Elkin set the fastest time in second Formula 4 practice at Circuit Ricardo Tormo to hold the edge ahead of tomorrow morning’s qualifying session.
Teenager Elkin set the initial fastest lap but was then deposed by home nation driver Juan Cota Alonso in the Team Spain car before returning to the head of the times with an effort that put him a huge 0.36s clear.
Cota Alonso was second ahead of Team United Kingdom’s Reza Seewooruthun whose last flying effort put him ahead of FP1 pace-setter Philippe-Armand Karras for Team Greece.
